Credit Terms:
Net 30 days. New accounts must pay cash on first order.
Returns Policy:
Prior written permission required. Include invoice number, date, and discount with each request. 100% credit given on titles received in fully resalable condition, not less than 6 months or more than 12 months after invoice date. Return shipments must be prepaid. No labels provided. Credit issued for merchandise only. This policy does not apply to the schedule for non-returnable purchases. Claims for damaged or defective books must be made within 45 days of invoice date.
Shipping Information (US and Canadian Customers Only):
Book Rate: add $2.95 for the first book, then add 95 cents for each additional book. UPS Ground available: Take your total order including Book Rate charges, then add 7% to total. Please note: The Elson Readers, Elson Readers Teacher's Guides, and the last two books in The Blue and the Gray Series (Fighting for the Right and A Victorious Union) only ship via UPS. Call for shippng costs.
DISCOUNT SCHEDULES |
Discounts are based on quantity of books ordered per individual order. Books do not have to be the same title. You must have a sales tax certificate number or equivalent to qualify for these discounts. These discounts may not be combined with any other special offers or with discounts on book sets available to our direct retails sales customers.
